BRL

Can you keep the list updated and repost; also it would help if people could indicate their method of transport?

Thumbs up

Woohoo! Can't wait!

Anyone driving up from (SE) London, or passing a suitable station on the way?

(I might be getting a Penguinmobile in September, so I'll be able finally to return all these favours!)

Or could I fly in? If that's possible, it would probably be from Elstree, if anyone wants the other seat.

I have been updating it almost daily as people have dropped out and changed days as they go. It looks like there are nine for each day now.

I'll be arriving by car for both days if anyone would like lift from along the south coast.

Directions should be posted soon!

I look forward to it

PS, is anyone flying in from Shoreham or Redhill?

I will be motoring up from the south (Dorset) on Tuesday if it helps anyone. There is a possibility I may fly in from EGHA if the aeroplane is back in time.

I am also interested in the odd hamburger as long as it doesn't interfere with the main purpose of the day.

R2: I don't eat meat. Why don't I just bring my own stuff to add to the grill, as I can be a bit picky? I'm not a strict veggie so I don't mind if juices seep a bit!

Nimbus - can I let you know next week if I'm going to fly in?

All systems go!!

For those of you coming on this wonderfull couple of days, please aim to me at Upavon Airfield, near Pewsey, Wilts about 0930hrs on the 22 and 23rd May. Those flying have been sent separate instructions. If the weather is utterly pants on the 22nd, we will use the 23rd as a slip day. You're all pilots!(well most of you are!) so check the weather the day before. generally, if the cloud base is above 800' AGL and its not raining cats and dogs, then we will be flying.

A quick respose from all of those of you who are coming posted on here will give me and BRL a good idea of wh is still going to make it!!!

Sunglasses, floppy hats, cameras are all essential. (Sick bags can be provided!!)!!

Nimbus265,

Most Excellent! I will be there on the 22 (hopefully with a passenger or two from the list). Do we bring a) cash, b) cheques c) credit cards? I guess as flyers we should know to bring all 3

Fingers, toes and other appendages crossed for blue skies!

Thanks

SD
