Question KT76A Help please

Just before Christmas, I solemnly promised the SATCO at my local fighter base that I would fit a mode C transponder to my kite during this calendar year.

Well, I have just acquired a KT76A and an AK350 encoder and as I have 3 weeks before my prop comes back from hospital, I'd like to fit them asap.

Do any of you folk have a wiring diagram for the KT76A that you'd be able to scan or post to me?

The two units are already coupled together and I think that I've identified power in to both but there are 6 other wires of indeterminate functionality - obviously ground will be one - but which one!

My aeroplane already has a transpoonder antennae but the BNC connector is very large as compared to the std 50 ohm co-ax size. Are adaptors available to reduce from industrial strength BNC to regular and if so from where? Else I shall have to furlough the gardener to buy a new aerial!

TIA

IO540, l-Band, Rod1, Them Thar Hills,

I thank you publicly.

Transponder should be working by cop tomorrow!
