R44 crashes and burns
An inexperienced pilot used the wrong technique to land a helicopter, which crashed and burst into flames with two passengers on board, investigators say.

The trouble is, a hotel can have a landing site, but that doesn't mean that landing there is easy, or even possible. I know of at least a couple of hotels that I wouldn't consider landing at.
Anyway, at least they were all OK.
