Best place to learn to fly?

Hi! I'm trying to decide where to go to learn to fly. I'm a registered nurse and have the opportunity to work just about anywhere in the US. I live in NJ and want to take a 3 month travel nursing assignment in a less populated/more conservative area and take flying lessons while there. Can anyone recomend a relatively inexpensive flight school? Thanks so much for anyadvice or recomandations! -Jim
