Yes. They are available for the regional airports + Weston from the awful EuroControl website.

There is also an AIC with gives details about many of the VFR aerodromes, but no charts. It's also available from the EuroControl website.
The National Association for General Aviation (NAGA) has also helpfully prepared airfield diagrams for the VFR aerodromes, but I'm not sure how uptodate these are. You can find them here on the NAGA website.
