I have it from someone I know that both current Flitemap and Jeppview 2.x run under the windoze emulator on a Mac.
Flitemap has been discontinued; otherwise it is same as Flitestar with the addition of a GPS (NMEA) input to produce a GPS driven moving map.
Jeppview is now on version 3.x for which I can't speak.

AFAIK, there is no 'native' Mac OS flightplanning software - otherwise I would have it
However, as IO540 points out, pretty much anything that runs on a PC will run on a Mac PC emulator.
What will happen once Apple make the switch to Intel chips is anyone's guess - PC sw might actually run on a Mac then......
