CAA Charts

Can anyone tell me if the UK 1-250,000 CAA charts contain information on military low-level streamed valleys such as the infamous Mach Loop?

The CAA 1:250 000 are produced for the civil user and do not contain information on low level routes.

There is a military low flying chart in the AIP:
http://www.ais.org.uk/aes/pubs/aip/pdf/enr/6_5_2_1.PDF
You may have to register on the NATS site first.

It may not have the specifics that you want, as low flying can take place outside CAS all over the UK.
