EuroControl charges application

I don't suppose anyone on this forum has ever used the EuroControl application on their website to estimate the en-route charges? I've just downloaded it, and I'm playing around with a couple of routes. When I go to calculate the charge, though, it always seems to give me a Total CRCO Distance of 0.

Is this a user error, or a fault with the software?
