Beech 77 Skipper

I am looking at a clean, low-time Beech 77 Skipper as possibly my next aircraft. I currently own a 180 hp Beech Sundowner. Love the aircraft but I'd like to reduce my flying expenses and I rarely fill the rear seat. The Skipper looks attractive as a two seater: Beech quality, good visibility, but a bit on the slow side (then again, relatively speaking, so's my Sundowner). Most of my flying is strictly for fun: sightseeing, $100 hamburgers, touring etc.

Anybody have any thoughts on this relatively rare bird?

Thanks

Beechnut
