I've just seen the advert on P43 of the latest (7/2005) Popular Flying, is anybody we know responsible for this?

Methinks the manufacturers have been taking PPRuNe a tad too... pinkly?

PS: Try shielding your eyes when looking at the photo

I think that I must have missed the previous thread on this, BUT...

Why don't they make the lovely pink headsets in adult sizes?

Then all us girlies can trade in our boring green or black headsets.

I would love a pink headset:-

- because the fellas won't steal or borrow them!

I can see where you're coming from - our spare house keys are attached to a large fluffy pink hippo. It's a very effective measure to stop my teenage stepson borrowing them because he's too lazy to find his own house key.

Spent some time wondering whether to do this or not, but decided that Private Flying has been pinkless for long enough!!

Picture of Pinkster with THE headset
The post by Mad Jock which started the whole saga

[Having lit the blue touch paper, I'll now retire to a safe distance!!]

Ghengis,

I'm surprised tht you didn't spot this pair at the microlight trade fair at Popham

Not the best picure, but they're hanging off the back frame of the canopy (and no they don't belong to the Pink Aviator).
