Jet Provost Flame Out EGNT

Rumoured that a jet provost based in EGNT had "flame out" last W/E. Successful re-light and safe PAN recovery to EGNT.

Any further news?

Thanks, WorkingHard.

I often end up reading these things as I don't know if they're local or not. I've flown from EGHC to EGPE and still wouldn't know any ICAO codes apart from one or two.

I even had to look those up just to make my point.

I can confirm after talking to the PIC that there wasn't a flame out. In his words "the low fuel pressure light came on" and to be safe he called a PAN and landed safely. It turned out that a fuse had blown!

Regards,

John.
