DfT N Reg Proposals

I see that the DfT have removed the paragraph referring to their proposals about non UK registered aircraft, based in the UK, from their website.

It was at the bottom of this page http://www.dft.gov.uk/stellent/group...on_035972.hcsp

Anyone know why? Is it elsewhere?

Nothing appears to have changed, so far as I can see:

"It should be noted that the Department is currently reviewing the legislation affecting the use of foreign registered aircraft in the UK. It is possible that the legislation may be amended to prevent foreign registered aircraft which are not involved in commercial air transportation from being permanently based in the UK."

2 Donkeys,
Thanks, where did you find it?
As I say it seems to have gone from its original place.
