Red Bull Air Race 2005

OK folks, we have the dates for this years round of the Red Bull Race, a demonstration that not everyone in possession of a pilots licence is in equal possession of their marbles !!!!!

I appreciate that these guys are at the top of the skilled pilot world, but surely there must be a screw loose somewhere to actually want to do this!!

The link below is for the dates, but there are some videos as well to back up this theory.

That said, this makes for a fantastic spectator sport, so which is the best venue to go to? I saw a video of the Budapest round last year, and the sight of them coming under the bridge was spectaculor, and I doubt that will be allowed at the UK leg at Longleat, (rule 5 and all that) but I stand to be corrected. http://www.redbullairrace.com/calendar.cfm

Mabee we can even make a pprune outing of it, what do you think??
