Flexible Runway Markers

Chap I know runs motorsport events and asks me

'I am trying to find a suitable course marker, something like a white rubber dome that lays flat on the floor but will squash if run over. Do they have something like this for grass runways? Just a thought.'

Anyone ever heard of anything like it? I did search on 'runway markers' in titles in this forum for the past year and got nothing.
