Anyone use vortex generators on their wings?
What is the legal positon about gluing foreign bodies to the wings of a permit aircraft?
It would be nice if they worked.

It is a Modification and requires the normal Proposal, assessment and test proceedures that any other mod would require.
The fact that it works in America is only an indication that it may, eventually, work over here.
Anything which is not on the original authorised plan for the construction of your aircraft is a modification.
