I flew in to Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield (Finningley) on January 6th.
At that time, it was just for ATC training, and there was no parking nor other facilities available - they kindly allowed me to park for a short while on the runway at the touchdown point.
I believe that, by now, they were planning to offer instrument approaches as well as visual, but I think it will still be striclty PPR for ATC training only.

I visited last Saturday. The parking area/apron is not available so we parked in the apron pull in off the main taxiway. The rest of the airfield on the terminal side is still a building site so I doubt very much if they would let you leave an aircraft unattended at the moment. The ILS and NDB are both U/S at present, although the NDB is radiating. Its all worth visiting to see a new major airport in its infancy.
