Please see this thread Could those intending to go please post in the Bashes Forum rather than here? This will keep down the amount of bandwidth used.

IMPORTANT! CHANGE OF DATE
I have at last managed to speak to somebody from the airfield and the weekend of 2nd April is fully booked by motoring events so the date has been changed to the following weekend 9th April - also a Saturday.
Some details of the museum can be found here
If anyone is wanting to fly in please could you let me have the following details by 31st March so they can be passed on as requested by the Airfield operators:
Aircraft type and registration
Possible number of people on board
ETA and ETD (approximate)
Whether or not you will be refuelling at Elvington
Somewhere in the back of my mind I seem to recall something about no landing fees if you are refuelling there but DO NOT take my word for it. I also seem to remember free admission to the museum for the pilot of any aircraft which flies in.
Remember EVERYBODY is very welcome and that means everyone - granny, grandad, children. It's a day to enjoy the museum.
I'll post arrangements for the day on the Bashes Forum a little nearer the time.

Landing fees info available in Bashes thread. The Fly-in part will definitely take place and not be affected by motorsports as they have made a note in the diary at the airfield.
