NPPL re-validation

I apologise if this is in the wrong forum but I have a question on the NPPL. My CAA Class 2 medical was pulled due to a suspect stress ECG as a result of which I'm due for an angioplasty in January. In the interim I'm flying on an NPPL with a Class 1 medical i.e. no passengers other than qualified PPLs. The NPPL notes state that to regain the ability to fly passengers I need to do a further stress ECG 4 weeks after the angioplasty. The question is have any ppruners been down this route and what level do they take the stress ECG to? All help gratefully received.
