Visa or not to visa, that is the question

All,
can anyone confirm whether or not under the new TSA rules I would require a visa to hours build in the US. I would NOT be recieving any instruction/training.

Sorry if its been done to death before but I lose the will to live trying to sift through old threads looking for the info I need.

Cheers,

Jimbo

jimbo jet set,

As an hour builder you are Category 4. The school you rent from will have to register you with the TSA, but you are not required to pay any money to the TSA.
