I wonder if spruce creek and River Ranch in Florida still permit landing for non-residents?????

I did my PP licence in Spruce creek long time ago and i don't know if the flying school still exixt?

River Ranch allows non residents to land. Did so in April & was provided with a golf buggy to get about. Very friendly people.
