Cambridge Or Surrounding Area

I'm just outside Cambridge, and considering doing the PPL/NPPL. At the moment I am ploughing through the AFE books so I can see what this ground school bit is all about.

I would love to grab a spare seat sometime in or around Cambridgeshire to get some experience, see theory in action (hopefully might make the text clearer, it can be slow going at times) and go for a ride.

Happy to pay some cash for fuel or cost share etc etc.

thank you

Michael

If you're up in Scotland and want to join in on some stunning island lunch trips, drop me a PM.

Hi everyone, thought it was about time I registered instead of just lurking in the forums!

I am a 100+ PPL with Night Qualification flying from Prestwick. Just back onto the PA28 after a couple of happy years on C172 (which has now sadly moved to pastures new ), but the chance to get back on C172 would be greeted enthusiastically!

Mostly weekend flying for me, spare seats sometimes available for jaunts to the Islands, Ireland and the top end of the UK in general! Would also be interested in taking up spare seats and helping with Nav etc (willing to contribute!) to expand my horizons a bit further. I am also happy to go with either new PPLs or those with a bit more experience. Can travel to GLA / Cumbernauld if required.

Feel free to PM if any of this is of interest.

Happy flying,

Gregor.

(Edited because I forgot about the Night Quali the first time!!)

Hi there - Just wondering of anyone has any spare seats out of Denham. W Waltham, Blackbush, Fairoaks or Wycombe?

I've let my ICAO PPL expire and just waiting to start again (JAR this time). So just getting back up to observe would be a great booster.

Thanks.

Hi, in the summer there will be the occasional empty seat in a 152 flying out of Perth (Scotland, not Aus). You can either come along for the experience for a wee bit of cost share or, if a licence holder, share longer trips, eg down west coast to Ireland and back up through England etc

Anyone in the Bedfordshire Area

Hi there,

I am thinking about starting my PPL in the near future and would love to join someone on a flight. I haven't flown in a light GA aircraft before so it would be good to become aquainted.

I live in North Bedfordshire, close to Cranfield but will travel (within reason)

I will be more than happy to spilt the costs.

Cheers

Ed

Hi all

I'd be willing to fly in the right hand seat, I've just got my Frozen ATPL (Multi/CPL/IR) currently training for my Instructor's Rating. I have 275TT and have flown PA28, C150, C152, C172, C182RG and Beechcraft Duchess. Would be interested in a right hand seat. Send me a personal message. I'm based in London but am willing to travel.

Many thanks

Spare seat

Currently training for PPL based in Oxfordshire.

Would love to gain experience of flying in different machines - old, new, vintage, rotor, aerobatic - and yes I can talk and hold a conversation - would be more than willing to drive to meet up and help out with costs.

Thanks in advance
