At FNG's kind suggestion, I write to provide this link, which features some great photos of the recent formation training weekend at the Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association (CHAA). I hope that they may inspire some of you to try out the mighty Harvard!

Hi MLS
Thanks for those and I think it was your good self who posted the links to the Harvard places in Fla.
They used to have 4 at my dad's old flying club and I never flew one once!
Will make up for that next year when we are off again to the States.
Yummy.

Hi FD,
No problem, it's never too late (until you lose your medical: which will happen to all of us some day.
).
Have fun in Florida (great weather, cheap accomodations, friendly people, what more could one ask for?)!
Best,
MLS

I hate the long haul flights.

I am going to visit the old flying club later this year (they are the Royal Netherlands Airforce Historic flight) and will endeavour to take some pictures and post them here.
Have a look

MLS, how about a brief pilot report?
FD, have you seen that yellow ex Dutch Navy Fokker at North Weald?
(nobody is allowed to say "yes, but these Fokkers were Messerschmidts", as BRL has decreed that this forum must be fit to be read by trainee nuns).

Hello FNG,
I will defer providing (my poor attempt at) a pilot report until I have completed my checkout (hopefully won't take too much longer!
).
I don't think that one has to be highly experienced to provide such a report, as it can be useful for other novices to hear things from someone closer to their own perspective ... but it would be slightly presumptuous (or, more importantly, unlucky!) for me to sound off before I have even finished the checkout.

More Harvard photos here.

P.S. Completed my checkout in early September, but poor weather prevented me from getting in more than a couple of flights prior to the winter. Oh well, better luck this year!
