Skyhawk II

I would like to know the diferences between a Cessna 172 M skyhawk and a cessna 172 M skyhawk II.
I think there are several diferences with the instrumentation, and the PROPELLER is diferent too. But what about the performances?

Many aircraft were given radio fit at the point of sale and not just factory fit. Also there were a number of different props fitted and of varying pitch. Why not ask Cessna themselves? Are you referring to the 172M or the F172M specifically?
