HELP GPS 3 stolen !!
Dear All,
Had my trusty GPS 3 stolen the other day (B******S!!).
Has anyone any bright ideas where I might get the best deal on a new one ?
Thanks....
Yours (now permanently lost !!),
Camb.
P.S. I suppose that there are no second hand ones out there are there?

Prolly worth trying ebay.
FYI - you may be able to claim on household insurance if you have any - sometimes its even new for old, so check the policy carefully.

grrrrr, how annoying is that, sorry to hear you had yours stolen, I got into my club aircraft just over a month ago to do the usual A checks and found a nice shiny new Pilot III on the seat, I took it with me to the flying centre and handed it in, I wonder how many people would have done the same for me had it been the other way around
And yes definately Ebay

What were the circumstances of the theft? Taken from your aircraft or car or home?
Just interested.
Infuriatingly, plenty of things 'disappear' from flying clubs - some people seem to think that anything they find is theirs for the taking.
