If you've seen this before, then apologies!

Recent legislation prohibits more than 20 mgms of alchohol per 100 ml of blood for UK pilots. Details will be published in GASIL, but in the meantime try:

Most of my professional aviation colleagues (including YT) have given up drinking 24 hours before flying, and drink only in moderation outside that time. However, what you do is up to you!
