Syndicates/Groups - rules/agreements - Help

Anyone know where 'templates' or 'typical' samples of group/syndicate rules or agreement forms can be found?
I am about to join a group which has loose verbal agreements but all agree that it would be nice to have something more formal so we all know exactly where we stand.
I get the job of making up the agreement and I'm looking to save a bit of time by pinching an existing format.

There's one on the PFA website - I think we used it almost unaltered. It's all common sense really, but they've got all the what-ifs in there.
