Saturday 25th September it is then (executive decision made ... mainly because it will be easier to get a room, tea and biccies without the endless weekday meetings taking place 
)
Will also rope in a FISO if I can so they can chat about what they can provide in the way of a service.
New thread will be started so we can register those who are definites.
