Towing a SkyRanger

The rules on towing, as I'm led to beleive anything over 7' 6" wide needs to be towed by something over 3.5Tonnes! Soooo, a skyranger, who's tail width is 8' 3" would in theory need a big truck to tow it, rather than a powerful car.

Soooo has anyone else had this problem or come up against this...or knows a solution? There must be a fellow skyranger owner on here?

I'm not sure that is correct.

If you call the traffic police they will be able to tell you. I'm sure they will say that the widest part of the towed item needs to have suitable "obviousness" and if it is the rear then it will need a lighting board with indicators etc.

If not, then looks like you are in the market for a Shwarzenegger Hummer!
