Glasair
What do you think about buying an airworthy Glasair III, is there somebody who has experience flying this aircraft and how it compares to a IISRG.
Would there be significant problems operating a US rgd homebuilt in Europe, I know that in Germany there are several flying
thanks

Never flown one myself, but there is one that is occasionally hangared close by to me. Reports from others who have flown it are that is is a good little machine and very responsive on the controls. I have, however, been warned that it is very 'twitchy' and sensitive on the controls at low speeds and requires very cautious handling on take off / approach.
As I say, I have no hands on experience and can only pass on the comments of others (who have experience of C150 / C172 / PA28 / C182 / Air Tourers and a variety of other types).
