Ballycastle airfield?
I’d be grateful for information on the nearest airfield/strip to Ballycastle/Northern Ireland, if there be such a thing. Thanks.

I went to Mullaghmore a couple of years ago in a 152 via IOM. They were very friendly and helpful with nice accomodation just up the road. Wouldn't try it with anything bigger than the 152 though.

Mullaghmore is closest but it is a fairly small strip. I haven't landed there yet but my instructors don't recommend taking a PA28 in. Next best thing would be Londonderry / Eglinton but then again Aldergrove is around the same distance from Ballycastle, maybe slightly further.
