Uploading pictures hanging up at 90%
 

Trying to upload a .jpg to Which Aerodrome Mk IV.

Upload starts as normal, reaches 90% and stops. tried several images and linking directly as well as drag 'n drop without sucess

Also affecting What cockpit..... (sorry about the BOLD) - can't get rid of it

Same just happened to me on my Android phone... try again from Laptop when I get home...

Just tried to upload a photo to this thread at Medium size, and as you say it stopped at 90%.

Reported to IB Admin, hopefully will be attended to when the email hits the inbox!

Nope, not here.

It should be fixed now. Intermittent gallery issues overnight and into the morning here. May need to refresh your cache, as is often the case

I have not been able to up load photos for sometime. When I pick the photo it just refuses to upload. It used to work but not been able to do this for around 8 months so just gave up.

Clear the cache and any Pprune cookies

also check the size - many phones now take very very large files as pics

Mr Mac it may also be the file type you are trying to upload, have you checked it against the accepted list?

Agreed. If it's a photo downloaded from the Internet, there's a reasonable chance that it downloaded in WebP format, which the PPRuNe system will not (yet) accept.

Just tried one .jpg and just get failed to up load. Not sure what the issue is. I am away for a few days so will check further when back in Europe.

I've had that issue when the .jpg file size is too large. I then use MS Paint to compress the image which then allows it
to upload

Photo file limit is 17mb and 7mb for .pdf files.
