Reset Password not working

I logged out recently and couldn’t remember my password. I tried the reset service and the link that it emails me just loads a username and password rentry screen and it never emails me a new password.

Thoughts?

Please follow the instructions in the email closely. There's more than one email involved -- be sure you are getting them all and following them.

I have gone through the password reset process just now and there did not appear to be any errors.
