Man to DXB last Friday night
I had a first last Friday night with EK when on the evening flight when the ground power was disconnected before the A/C power was up. Total black out on board and 45min delay before all systems back up. It was a first for me and the re boot time surprised me a little. Italian skipper also obviously not impressed as we had a quick take off and fast trip to DXB, be interested to know who picks up the tab for fuel etc. Regards Mr Mac |
Well no response from anyone, guess will have to ask EK next time I am with them. Incidentally had a sporty landing this lunchtime with much pitch and roll with them but captain did a very good job in my honest opinion, earned a glass as they say. I am glad I was not on this evenings arrival as that maybe worse as wind appears to have increased.
