  1. Unfortunate
  2. Happens often enough for it not to be reported

3. Always wear your seatbelt

3. Always wear your seatbelt
4. Don't drink for 24 hours before flying, to obviate the need to leave your seat for a pee at any time during the flight. :ugh:

According to many doctors, you should drink enough fluid that your urine is clear. Not drinking liquids could prove worse than turbulence injury - with very long term results.
