SKYTRAX Star Rating System and Airline of the Year Award
Here are the Top 10 airlines as ranked by some 4.4 million respondents and their corresponding "Star Ranking" by Skytrax' in-house critics:

Interesting to see, for instance, how TG is rated 8th worldwide by pax, yet is awarded only 3 stars and thus outrated in terms of stars by Skytrax by airlines such as GF, AC, SV (!!), TK, etc.
