Need AF Caribbean Advice

Booked to go to Guadeloupe with the family at the start of April. Flying from here via Orly. Just picked up a copy of their schedule, and noted that the flight is a 747-300 with 529 seats (!) which they use for Caribbean and Indian Ocean flights. I have booked economy for the four of us.

Advice needed:
- Any idea whether there are rows with extra space? (or any other seat positioning advice from someone who has done it.)

- I have the AF Fréquence Plus Red card (=other people's Gold). Any ideas on whether this helps upgrade chances on such vacation flights? I see that there are 60 "Alizé" seats on the upper deck, and just 21 Affaires seats in the nose.
