I was on the Lufyhansa web site today and was invited to check out a new page, summarising info on UK airports for LH customers, in tabular form.
One column is headed "Check-In Deadline". For LHR they give "30 minutes". Since this is the time that Check-In closes I wonder if those that do not travel that often will think that they can be at the Check-In 30 minutes before departure?
Perhaps check-in should be advertised as closing 45 mins before?
What experience of this do you have, either as Pax or Agent?
