Etihad Dynamic Pricing rant

I'm so frustrated with this airline. I love it; i'd do anything to be part of their team, i'd never fly the other UAE airline (or, in fact, any other GCC airline except maybe Saudia). i'm a platinum member and have been for most of the last 13+ years that i have been a member.. but my god.. their website drives me nuts.
You look at flights and find one you like, at lets say 50,000 miles. You get to the payment page and suddenly its 75,000 miles. The page doesn't even load.. you have to call to find out what happened. Their excuse? "dynamic pricing".
It's not dynamic pricing if the dynamism happens when I actually intend to make a purchase.
I've emailed. I've tweeted. I've been promised call backs but no one ever does anything.
Very frustrating.

Hello monymoe Welcome back (home?) I certainly sympathise as I have been enjoying the BA website of late. Not as bad as that, but certainly their inability to make their customers want to return!
