BA Comair cancellation

Recently visited South Africa , where my flight on Comair was cancelled. Comair transferred all passengers to an SAA flight , two hours later. As well as laying on a courtesy lounge , all passengers received a free ticket for future use on Comair. I was also upgraded to Club class in SAA!

Seems like fiction compared to the treatment received on other airlines under similar circumstances! - Airtours take note!

As you may know, but others may not, Comair in South Africa is a fanchise of BA. So they have the big airways organisation to interline pax. SAA will probably have the same in reverse. These two airlines are nominally in competition.
