Qatar Airways Australian airbridge

Australia has just dropped the number of incoming international passengers from I think 6000 per week to 3000. There was some mention of 75 pax per aircraft. Melbourne is not currently accepting any inbound pax due problem with its isolating hotels capacity ( 2 weeks required ). Qatar is still operating to Melbourne , I understand with a A350-1000, the aircraft is operating freight only inbound and taking pax outbound.
Does anyone have any insight into whether Qatar will continue operations with such restrictions ? If they were to pull out of Australia it would be very difficult indeed for expat or off shore Australians to return home over the coming months ?
