There is also the other scenario. I was booked and paid Club World by my employer for an East Coast USA-London overnight trip.. A "celebrity" was up-graded from WT+ to the next seat to me, I get occasional up-grades so I don't mind, it's the luck of the draw. In this case the "celebs" entourage kept coming in all night to check on her and make sure none of us scum were annoying her (I didn't know who she was until a hostie told me) one of the entourage accidentally kicked me 4 times disturbing my sleep another neighbour and I complained, turned out the other neighbour had a lot of pull. Celebrity was downgraded to WT+ at 02:00 and BA gave the passenger with pull and me discounts on our next trips.
