Hot weather / short runway (DCA)

I am scheduled to fly out of DCA (WN 737-800) this weekend, when local temperatures are forecast in the range of 96F to 100F. Given that Rwy1/19 is 7,169' long, is there a high chance that the flight will be delayed/canceled or passengers will be bumped to meet MTOW for these conditions?

(flight is approx 3.5hr long if that helps to estimate fuel load)

I could change to fly out of IAD (longer runways) if it would increase my chances of being able to make the flight.
