Here's a restaurant with an a la carte menu. But they also do a special offer of 3 courses and a glass of wine for £20.

Bill comes at the end for £38. "What's this ? The whole thing is shown as £20".

"Ah, but you didn't drink the wine. We noticed. So we are charging the full a la carte price for everything else you had".

This would be a perfect case for the EU consumer protection authorities to make a ruling on !
