I always get the 482 bus (free) from T5 to T4 and meet at departures, far easier and hassle free.

GeeRam That sounds right - so an idea might be to ensure that, on arriving at your pick-up, make sure you kiss or embrace them for the CCTV so you could prove they were not a mini-cab or other!

I used the short stay at Terminal 3 and walked to arrivals to meet the boss and his family easy enough but it cost him around £11 for the time we incurred.

For T5, use the Sofitel. 15 minutes free.
