Emirates terrible Customer Affairs
Paxing All Over The World
You would never know if there had been many complainants Harry Wayfarers. Unless there is an event that brings in outside lawyers, how would you find out what anyone else thought of the service?

I would like to see you find a more service orientated airline than ek.
Ek introduced a new meal ordering device in business class , the device is a Samsung phone, given to all the crew. So maybe the crew weren't on their phones they were on the company devices. Things aren't always as they seem at first look.

A more service orientated airline maybe you should try Qatar, Etihad and Singapore.
Samsung device, interesting the phone they had out was an iPhone in fact I can remember seeing one with a pink cover unless that's EK standard issue? I don't think they would be taking meal orders prior to descent into DXB, maybe you should read the comments first.

I am sure you will enjoy your time on Qatar Airways - they are a great airline, offering good service but I fully expect they would treat your complaint in a similar manner under the same circumstances.
But to suggest that the minor issues you had (and yes they were minor) somehow 'was not worth what you paid for' is a bit ridiculous. You were driven to and from the airport in a chauffeur car, flew many thousand miles in comfort, in luxury, presumably arrived on time, your luggage was out almost as fast as you and you think 'it wasnt worth it' because you couldnt carry the weight of a bag you packed yourself and the crew didnt stop serving everyone else to run to you ?
This is why I asked the question earlier - you had certain expectations which i suspect most people and Emirates are of one mind in terms of a response to you.
Sorry, I dont mean to be rude, but good grief .....

I often see BA CC ( male and female) puttng up lugggage for passengers also seen it on AA. I attempt to help those havng difficulty ( normaly the females). It may be against the rules but they do it - usually occurs where space is at a premium ( almost always) and a lot of changing around is required to make all fit.
