Whilst feedback is important and, to an extent, valuable passenger feedback cannot always be reliable. I'm not saying that is the case here but from experience in a previous life I have come across feedback that varied from misinformed customers right through to those who held a grudge. It's also not unusual for those with a legitimate complaint to 'lay it on thick' often dragging employee conduct into the issue.
As such it is not appropriate to start saying what will (or won't) happen to employees. Even if the crew in question are spoken their version of events will usually be given the benefit of the doubt.
