does Vueling do customer services?

I'm tearing out my hair with Vueling. Does anyone have an email address for their customer service department?

I need email confirmation that my flight was cancelled but no one will return my messages from their website.

Can anyone direct me to a good point of contact?

I have an email address for their CEO but don't want to escalate to that just yet!!

Vueling, do your staff read this? You need to respond to your customers or they will walk!

thanks, any help greatfully appreciated

How about flightaware?

And why should they respond to customer queries? They are part of the IAG group where customer service is against company policy.

You might have better luck asking this question at flyertalk(dot)com. More airline employees lurk there.

I would disagree, two thirds of IAG have no customer services - IB and Vueling

... and in my experience; BA even when I had status.

Three out of three!

Uh oh, flying with them tomorrow. Should I cancel?? What is their onboard service like? I am expecting something like an Easyjet type of operation but using A320s.

they're OK - better than Iberia IMHO

the complaint was about trying to get a response form them - hardly any airline wants to actually speak or respond to the cargo - BA are especially bad

You will probably find Spain has no number, the whole nation has zero tolerance to customer services
