Advanced Passenger Information - Monarch Airlines

I am flying from Manchester to Fuerteventura next week. I chose allocated seats at the time of booking, but I have not chosen to check in on line. Can anybody advise me if I am supposed to submit API prior to the flight, or will this information be taken from the passports at check in as we are doing this in the "old fashioned" way.

Either/or.

Some close family of mine flew to Tenerife at the weekend from BHX and they were the same. Turns out API was taken at check-in.
