Cebu Pacific Air Hand Baggage
Good friends of ours had the most wonderful argument with Cebu Pacific in CEB earlier this week, they (couple) and 2.5 year old son (for whom they had needed to buy a full fare ticket) were returning to IAO with each full fare passenger (that included 2.5 year old nipper) being entitled to 7kg of hand baggage and a laptop so they arrived at the check-in desk with 3 x 7kg and one laptop.
Cebu Pacific tried to argue that the 2.5 year old couldn't have hand baggage because he couldn't carry it and the exchange went along the lines of "try showing us that in the fare rules" and with my friend's (Czech Republic) sense of humour he reminded them that they were lucky his 2.5 year old son hadn't brought his laptop along also
