"Easy" is not the right word, but "possible" would do......

From Ryanairs published Annual Report for 2011. Will 2012 prove much different, or worse? I rather doubt it, recession favours Ryanair, as does Olympic Games etc. I don't know what the RoC is, but further study of the numbers would provide that. Assuming that their declared 70m passengers are 1-way, that gives Ryanair a healthy (with high load factors) 53 Euros gross yield per 1-way passenger. How much of that is basic fare, and how much add-ons and other sales eg catering, is anybody's guess.

If you took the basket cases like Air India, Olympic and other overstaffed, inefficient, corrupt government run airlines out of the equation the picture wouldn't look nearly as bad.

Difficult yes but not impossible.
